Our trip fee covers the cost of traveling to your location to provide on-site computer repair and technical services. This includes the time, fuel, and expenses required for us to bring our tools and expertise directly to your home or business.
House Call 50$
Our house call service covers basic computer repairs and troubleshooting performed in the comfort of your home. This includes both software-related services, such as firmware updates, software troubleshooting, malware removal, and general system optimization, as well as simple hardware services, such as replacing or upgrading RAM, installing basic components, or performing minor repairs. House calls are intended for repairs that can be completed on-site and do not require extensive diagnostics, specialized equipment, or major hardware replacement. If a repair requires more advanced work, the device may need to be brought into our shop for further service.
Back to Shop Repair 60$
Back-to-shop repairs are reserved for more in-depth diagnostics and complex repairs that require additional time, specialized tools, or a more controlled workspace. This includes major hardware replacements such as CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, power supplies, and other components that require a significant tear-down and reassembly of the computer. These repairs may also involve extensive troubleshooting, testing, and system verification to ensure everything is functioning properly before the device is returned to the customer. By performing these more advanced repairs in our shop, Kline’s PC Repair can provide a thorough, careful, and professional repair process.
